We have no strict MOQ – even 1 piece can be produced, you only need to cover the mold cost.

Can you help with design and confirm artwork before I place an order?

Yes. Our designers can create or refine your artwork and send a digital mock-up for approval, usually within 2 hours, before any payment for mass production.

How long does sampling and mass production take?

Standard sample time is about 5–7 days, and bulk production is usually 10–25 days depending on the quantity and process complexity.

What shipping options do you offer?

We can ship by express courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS), air, sea or rail, and will suggest the best solution and quote the freight based on your country, volume and deadline.

How do you ensure quality, and what happens if there are defects?

Across 100,000+ custom orders our defect rate is normally below 2%; if any shipment exceeds this, we respond within 2 hours with a solution such as remake, refund of defective pieces or a discount on your next order.
