Below is our simplified workflow from artwork to shipping. Some steps (like side polishing or silk printing) are applied only when your design requires it.
Die-Stamping
What happens：The metal base is formed by stamping or casting depending on your design. Buyer note：Stamping suits crisp lines; casting suits 3D shapes. QC focus：Shape accuracy, edges, surface defects.
Carving Mold
What happens：We carve the mold to lock in shape and details. Buyer note：A good mold decides how crisp your final lines will be. QC focus：Detail sharpness, depth, surface accuracy.
Die-Stamping

Polishing
What happens：We polish the surface to refine metal lines and improve finish. Buyer note：Polishing affects the “premium look” more than most buyers expect. QC focus：Smoothness, clean lines, no obvious scratches.
Side Polishing (Optional)
What happens：We refine edges/thickness for a cleaner profile and better comfort. Buyer note：Recommended for thicker items or premium edge requirements. QC focus：Edge smoothness, uniform thickness, no burrs.
Plating
What happens：We apply the selected finish (shiny / antique / matte). Buyer note：Finish tone and reflectivity define the final “style.” QC focus：Tone consistency, coverage, surface defects.
Enamel Coloring
What happens：Colors are filled by machine or by hand depending on the design. Buyer note：Enamel creates the classic raised metal lines and solid colors. QC focus：Clean borders, even fill, consistent tones.
Silk Printing (If Needed)
What happens：Printing adds fine details, small text, or extra colors where enamel isn’t ideal. Buyer note：Best for tiny details and complex artwork. QC focus：Alignment, clarity, color readability.
Drying
What happens：We cure colors/prints to stabilize appearance and durability. Buyer note：Proper curing helps bulk orders stay consistent. QC focus：No tackiness, stable surface, consistent gloss.
QC
What happens：We inspect finish, color, print alignment, and overall appearance before packing. Buyer note：QC is where bulk orders become “repeatable.” QC focus：Defects, scratches, color overflow, print misalignment, count accuracy.
Packing
What happens：Packed for bulk protection or retail-ready presentation. Buyer note：Packaging improves resale value and reduces damage risk. QC focus：Count check + appearance check before sealing.
Shipping
What happens：We ship with tracking and export-ready protection. Buyer note：We pack to reduce scratches and deformation during transit. QC focus：Carton sealing, labeling, protection, documentation readiness.
